A Lake Geneva Woman who told police she drank more than a six pack of beer before driving was charged with her fifth offense OWI in Walworth County Court. Tiffiny Cecchini was driving on County H in the town of Geneva around 11:30 on Wednesday according to court records. She told police she was coming from a friends house where she was drinking. Cecchini admitted to having a beer and then later a six pack, results of the blood test are pending, she has similar convictions in 1992, 2005 and twice in 2006. Cecchini was also charged with operating while revoked as a second offense.
