A Kenosha man was charged in Walworth County Court with taking around fifteen thousand gallons of diesel fuel from a Lake Geneva distributor where he worked over a four month period. Frank Perrone was charged with felony theft after videos showed him coming into work on his day’s off and turning on fuel pumps. GPS tracking in the truck he used showed Perrone taking the fuel to Spring Grove and Fox Lake. Perrone told police that he could not explain the missing load tickets and said the truck must have a faulty fuel management system. Overall Perrone stole 14,775 gallons worth $36,279 dollars, he is being held on $2,000 dollar cash bond and is next to appear in court for a preliminary hearing on Feb 21st.
