Waukesha police have announced that a registered sex offender who was convicted in 2008 is being released back into the community. Ronald Schroeder was convicted of second degree sexual assault after he photographed himself assaulting an unconscious woman, he was also in possession of child pornographic pictures. Schroeder will be placed in an apartment on E main street in Waukesha which is outside the Waukesha child safety zone. According to the Department of Justice Schroeder has several aliases including Mr Silly and Silly the Clown, he’s to have no unsupervised contact with children, is not allowed in Taverns, bars or liquor stores and is not allowed to possess or consume alcohol or drugs.
