Woman Arrested in Janesville for 4th Offense OWI

According to an update from the Janesville Police Department, yesterday at about 4:15 a.m. officers were sent to a traffic complaint involving a vehicle driving the wrong way on the Center Avenue bridge. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle at first, but later at about 5 a.m. they located the vehicle driving south on Milton Avenue near the Janesville Mall. The officer observed driving behaviors that indicated the driver may be impaired. A traffic stop on the vehicle was conducted and the driver, Veronica Mcintyre, displayed signs of impairment. Veronica failed standardized field sobriety tests and was arrested for 4th offense operating while intoxicated. A legal blood draw was taken from Veronica, and the results are pending.
