According to the city of Janesville, the Wisconsin DOT is preparing to start work in late march on West Milwaukee Street between Center Avenue and River Street. The project will include new pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalk, storm sewer, water main, street lighting, traffic signal removal, and streetscaping elements.
