Whitewater Man Facing Multiple Charges Including Burglary to a Building or Dwelling

Whitewater resident 36 year old William Daniel Mills is facing charges including burglary to a building or dwelling with use of a dangerous weapon, aggravated battery with use of a dangerous weapon, battery with use of a dangerous weapon, criminal trespass to a dwelling with use of a dangerous weapon, and disorderly conduct with use of a dangerous weapon after an incident that occurred on October 3 of 2021. The case was officially filed in late July. Mills had his initial appearance on August 8, and a $5 thousand bond was set. He was ordered to have no contact with an involved victim of their residence. Mills cannot have any violent or abusive contact with anyone, and cannot possess any firearms. He has an upcoming court appearance on August 25 at 8:30 a.m.
