Whitewater Man Facing Charges of Manufacture with Intent to Deliver THC

Whitewater resident 20 year old Jaron Kolinski is facing three charges of manufacturing with intent to deliver THC after a series of incidents with occurred on or near a park in May of 2021. The case was officially filed on February 1. He has an upcoming court appearance on February 28 at 10 a.m.
