Whitewater resident 21 year old Maximus A. Berrios is facing two charges of 2nd degree sexual assault with use of force after an incident that occurred on October 2. On October 6 a $5 thousand bond was set, and he was ordered not to possess any firearms, ammunition, or other weapons. He cannot attempt to contact the involved victim, and must avoid their residence, place of employment, or any other place they are located. Berrios has an upcoming court appearance on Wednesday at 1:15 p.m.
