Whitewater Man Facing Charges Including Possession with Intent to Deliver Cocaine

Whitewater resident 44 year old Thomas Lee Harris Jr. is facing charges including vehicle operator fleeing or eluding an officer, taking and driving a vehicle without consent, 2nd degree recklessly endangering safety, and possession with intent to deliver cocaine after an incident that occurred on September 6. On September 7 a $2 thousand bond was set, and he was ordered level 2 supervision through JusticePoint. Harris has an upcoming court appearance on September 13 at 3 p.m.
