Whitewater resident 31 year old Jacob L. Repinski is facing charges including possession of methamphetamine (repeater), possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture, compound, convert, produce, or store methamphetamine (repeater), and felony bail jumping after an incident that occurred on January 14. The case was officially filed on Monday. He has an upcoming court appearance on April 25 at 10 a.m.
