Whitewater Man Facing Charges Including Aggravated Battery

Whitewater resident 36 year old William Daniel Mills is facing charges including burglary to a building or dwelling, aggravated battery, battery, criminal trespass to a dwelling, and disorderly conduct after an incident that occurred on October 3 of 2021. The case was officially filed last week. Mills has an upcoming court appearance on August 8 at 10:30 a.m.
