Whitewater Man Facing Charges Including 4th Offense OWI

Whitewater resident 39 year old Adam Isaac Cooper is facing charges including fourth offense OWI, three counts of felony bail jumping, criminal damage to property, possession of THC, and disorderly conduct after an incident that occurred on July 24. On July 25 a $10 thousand bond was set, and he was ordered not to possess or consume alcohol, and he cannot enter any bars, taverns, or liquor stores. Cooper cannot possess any firearms, ammunition, or other weapons. He must also not contact three involved victims, and must avoid their residence, place of employment, or any place they are located. Cooper has an upcoming court appearance on August 8 at 3 p.m.
