A Whitewater man was arrested Wednesday night for his 4th OWI. According to the Wisconsin State Patrol and WITI, the WSP received a complaint about a Silver Dodge Journey SUV deviating from its lane. After a trooper located the vehicle, a traffic stop was initiated, but the vehicle was slow to stop. The officer observed signs of impairment. The driver, only identified as a 25-year-old man from Whitewater, was arrested after refusing field sobriety tests and charged with his 4th offense OWI.
