Whitewater Common Council Discusses 2023 Budget

At this week’s Whitewater Common Council meeting, they discussed the 2023 budget. Two different budgets are currently being created. One is being made with the assumption that the November 8 referendum question will pass; and the other is being made with the assumption that it will fail.
