At the Whitewater Common Council meeting, they discussed the City Manager Annual Report and 2022 Goals Document. The document serves as a tool, not only for reporting on progress with projects and goals from the prior year, but also for setting forth goals to be accomplished during the coming year. Staff in each department identified goals for the coming year that address organizational needs, improve departmental effectiveness, and relate to the City’s strategic objectives as outlined by the Common Council in 2017.
