Watertown Woman Arrested Near Portage On 4th OWI

According to a press release from the Wisconsin State Patrol, a Watertown woman has been charged with OWI after a traffic stop. The State Patrol says they received a report of a woman driving erratically and crossing the centerline in Columbia County near Portage on Highway 33 along I-90/94. A Trooper located 39-year-old Amanda L Brawders travelling westbound and after stopping the vehicle, Brawders was determined to be impaired and was arrested. It is her 4th offense OWI.
