Watertown Police Find Child Alone; Later Reunited with Parent

According to an update from the Watertown WI Police Department, yesterday at about 11:45 p.m. the department took a report of a child found alone. He was found at 1153 Boughton St. Later this morning at about 1:10 a.m., a parent was located.
