Watertown Man Arrested for 7th Offense OWI

According to a press release from the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, yesterday at about 11:15 p.m. 45 year old Watertown resident Justin Michael Ready was arrested for 7th offense OWI in Dane County at I39/90/94 at 131 southbound.
