According to an update from Undersheriff Dave Gerber, who is currently running for Walworth County Sheriff, he has chosen Tom Hausner to be Undersheriff if he is elected. Hausner lives in Fontana, Wisconsin and is currently the Commander of the Geneva Lake Police Department. He retired in 2013 as Sergeant from the Walworth County (WI) Sheriff’s Office. During his tenure at the Sheriff’s Office, he worked as a shift commander, supervisor of the court security division, and supervised central records. Hausner served 24 years on the SWAT team, 12 years as SWAT commander.
