According to an update from Walworth County Government, the Walworth County Department of Health and Human Services is hosting three virtual community listening sessions to gather input regarding its Community Health Improvement Plan. Each session will begin with an overview of the plan, then they will be asking for your feedback on one of the three priority areas. The schedule is as follows:
• Session 1 (Tuesday, October 18, 2022: 5 p.m. - 6 p.m.): Build community and civic connection: Expand telehealth services, promote resident voice in decision-making, and improve transportation issues.
• Session 2 (Thursday, October 20, 2022: 5 p.m. - 6 p.m.): Improve access to care by centering on lived experience: Increase healthcare education and the healthcare workforce.
• Session 3 (Wednesday, October 26, 2022: 5 p.m. - 6 p.m.): Unite policy and planning with health for all: Reduce stigma related to mental health and improve the availability of housing.
