According to an update from the Whitewater Unified School District, if approved for renewal on November 8, the district’s operational referendum would provide extended revenue limit authority. This would allow the district to continue offering robust academic and athletic opportunities, student support and mental health services, comprehensive instructional and co-curricular programs, and technology and facilities infrastructure. The district says that these funds would go towards maintaining these programs and services. The district does not have plans to expand its offerings to students if the referendum is renewed by voters. For more information, visit www.wwusd.org/page/referendum.
