Village of Johnson Creek Receives Tourism Capital Grant

According to an update from the Village of Johnson Creek, the village was recently notified by the Wisconsin Governor’s Office that they were one of 27 groups awarded with a Tourism Capital Grant through ARPA funding. The grant is in the amount of $225,200 and will be used to develop a Village Park on the Village land at the end of Resort Dr. The park will include updated bathroom facilities, a dock and kayak/canoe launch, repaved parts of the existing path, and additional picnic tables and a pergola. These improvements will be completed by the end of 2024.
