Upcoming Street Sweeping in Janesville

According to an update from the City of Janesville, the third cycle of downtown and outgoing main street sweeping is scheduled to begin in the early morning hours of May 26 and continue through May 27. Sweeping activities begin early in the morning each day when traffic and street parking are minimal. On the first day of the cycle, City crews will sweep several main arterial streets. On the second day of the cycle, crews will sweep downtown streets and parking lots, as well as the remainder of the main arterial streets. The City encourages off-street parking of vehicles during street sweeping. Street sweeping dates are weather dependent and subject to change.
