According to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, the existing I-94 westbound bridges at Newville Rd. and Rock Lake Rd. in Jefferson County are in need of replacement. Construction work is anticipated for Summer of 2023, and includes demolition of the existing I-94 westbound underpass structures at Newville Rd. and Rock Lake Rd., construction of new I-94 westbound underpass structures and approaches at Newville Rd. and Rock Lake Rd., reconstruction of Newville Rd. from 300 feet south of I-94 to 300 feet north of I-94, and reconstruction of Rock Lake Road from 350 feet south of I-94 to 350 feet north of I-94.
