According to an update from the City of Janesville, a contractor working for the City will close and resurface the following traffic ramps at North Parker Drive and East Memorial Drive on Monday, October 3:
The ramp from westbound East Memorial Drive to northbound and southbound North Parker Drive
The ramp from eastbound East Memorial Drive to northbound North Parker Drive
The ramp from northbound North Parker Drive to westbound East Memorial Drive
The ramp from North Parker Drive to eastbound East Memorial Drive
The City anticipates the resurfacing of all four ramps to be completed in one day. Drivers will need to use alternate routes while the ramps are closed. Posted detours will not be available. North Parker Drive and East Memorial Drive will remain open to traffic throughout the ramp resurfacing work, with outside lane closures at the ramps.
The ramps from southbound North Parker Drive to westbound East Memorial Drive and eastbound East Memorial Drive to southbound North Parker Drive will remain open to traffic. Paving is weather dependent and may be postponed due to rain or cold temperatures.
