According to an update from the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, a vehicle crash has occurred in Rock County in the City of Beloit on WIS 81, eastbound and westbound at WIS 213 northbound (W JCT). Borth directions are affected, and backups are expected to last until about 12:30 p.m.
