Town of Beloit Police Responds to Subject with Gunshot Wound

According to a press release from the Town of Beloit Police Department, yesterday at about 3:10 p.m. officers from the department responded to a disturbance in the 3000 block of S. Park Ave. Officers located a victim with a single gunshot wound, and suspects had fled the area. The victim was immediately transported to the hospital and treated for the injury. Earlier, at about 2:20 p.m. a road rage incident that began in the City of Beloit was determined to be related to this incident. All subjects involved in this case have been identified, and there is no danger to the public.
