Teen Struck Riding Bicycle, Delavan Police Have Questions

According to posting on City of Delavan Police Department’s Facebook page, a 13-year-old was struck by a black car while riding his bike at South 2nd St. and East Geneva St.

The posting went on to say the black car’s driver was kind enough to drive the boy home, but the teenager has injuries and the bicycle is significantly damaged.
