Tara Semenchuk Promoted to Human Resources Director for City of Janesville

According to an update from the City of Janesville, Tara Semenchuk has been promoted to the position of Human Resources Director following the retirement of Sue Musick. Semenchuk was first hired in the city in February of 2017 as the Assistant Human Resources Director. Before she was hired in Janesville, she previously worked for fifteen years with municipalities in Illinois. Semenchuk maintains certification from the Society for Human Resource Management, and is also a Certified Labor Relations Professional recognized by the National Public Employer Labor Relations Association.
