The Rock County Sherriff’s Department has sent out a Media Release notifying the public of a sex offender relocation.
Kaija N. Kincaid will be relocating to Rock Valley Community Programs at 203 W. Sunny Lane in Janesville on May 16. In 2018, Kincaid was convicted of four counts of possession of child pornography in Rock County, Wisconsin. While placed at RVCP, conditions of Kincaid’s supervision include: No unsupervised contact with minors, cooperate with electronic monitoring and be a lifetime registrant of the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registration Program.
