Sex Offender Temporarily Relocating to City of Delavan

According to an update from the City of Delavan Police Department, sex offender Richard K. Marre will be relocating to the City of Delavan beginning on May 10. He will temporarily reside on Geneva St. Marre was convicted of 1st degree sexual assault of a child on December 14 of 2006. Marre is not to have unsupervised contact with minors, no contact with victims, and he cannot consume any drugs. He must also comply with standard sex offender rules, cooperate with electronic monitoring, have face to face contact with law enforcement, and comply with all requirements and be a lifetime registrant of the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registration Program.
