According to a press release from the Walworth County Sheriff’s Office, 48 year old sex offender, Russel W. Schwartz, will reside at County Highway A in the Town of Sugar Creek after he is released on October 25. Known victims of Schwartz’s have been female teen acquaintances. Schwartz will be under the supervision of the Wisconsin Department of Corrections, and will be required to participate in Global Positioning Satellite tracking.
