Sex Offender Relocating to Delavan

According to an update from the Delavan Police Department, sex offender Mitchel C. Lothes will be temporarily relocating to the City of Delavan on Geneva Street beginning on July 19. Lothes was convicted of 2nd degree sexual assault of a child and child entisement on March 13 of 2018. While residing on Geneva Street, he is to have no unsupervised contact with minors, no contact with victims, not to consume drugs, comply with standard sex offender rules, cooperate with electronic monitoring, have face-to-face contact with law enforcement, and comply with all requirements and be a lifetime registrant of the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registration Program.
