Senior From Watertown Named Semifinalist for 2022 U.S. Presidential Scholar

According to a press release from the Department of Public Instruction, 17 Wisconsin high school seniors have been named 2022 U.S. Presidential Scholar semifinalists by the U.S. Department of Education. One of these 17 seniors is Watertown’s Elena C. Himmerich, who attends University Lake School in Hartland. This is one of the nation’s highest honors for high school students. The seniors selected to be 2022 U.S. Presidential Scholars will be announced in May.
