According to the City of Elkhorn’s Facebook page, beginning tomorrow (May 9th) South Lincoln St will be closed to thru traffic at 8am. The street will be open for businesses and patrons but unavailable as a thru street. S. Lincoln St. could reopen as soon as the water main is repaired.
