According to a press release from the Rock County Sheriff's Office, earlier today members of the Rock County Sheriff’s Office SWAT, Detective Bureau, and WI Department of Justice DCI Digital Forensics Unit executed a search warrant in the 1700 block of W. Happy Hollow Rd. in Rock Township for evidence in violation of WI State Statute Chapter 948, Crimes Against Children. The investigation resulted in the arrest of 36-year-old Derek M. Miller of Rock Township. Miller will be held in Rock County Jail on a charge of five counts of possession of child pornography until his court appearance tomorrow at 3 p.m.
