Power Restored In NE Elkhorn After Wednesday Outage

Power has been restored to the northeast side of Elkhorn after a power outage Wednesday morning. The City of Elkhorn Utility Department said on Facebook that the outage occurred around 9:30 AM and was fixed after about an hour. The outage was caused by a construction mishap by a contractor performing work in the area. The department is reminding residents that it is important to call with information about planned digs and to follow all of the safety regulations.
