According to an update from the City of Lake Geneva Police Department, on October 8 at about 6:45 p.m. officers were dispatched to the 700 block of N. Edwards Blvd. for a report of a disorderly subject refusing to leave a store. While in custody, 31 year old Pell Lake resident, Keith A. Gerulat, kicked emergency medical personnel and an officer. Charges have been referred up to the Walworth County District Attorney’s Office for disorderly conduct, recklessly endangering safety, battery or threat to emergency medical care provider, and battery to a law enforcement officer.
