Officers in Beloit responded to a shots fired call Tuesday. According to the Beloit Daily News, officers were attending to an unrelated call when the shots rang out in the 900 block early Tuesday morning just after 3:30 AM. SHell casings were discovered in the area of the shooting, and police said that they are looking for a black male with a black coat, and had his hood up in the area of the shooting, according to witness statements.
