Multiple Agencies Respond to Shots Fired Incident on Sunday Morning in Clinton

According to a Rock County Sheriff’s Office Press Release, yesterday at about 12:35 a.m. officers from the Village of Clinton Police Department, City of Beloit Police Department, City of Janesville Police Department, Wisconsin State Patrol, deputies from the Walworth County Sheriff’s Office, and the Rock County Sheriff’s Office responded to a shots fired complaint in the 9200 block of Little Ln. in the Town of Clinton. While responding to the scene, Rock County Communications advised there were numerous reported gunshot victims. Three victims were transported to area hospitals prior to law enforcement arrival. One additional victim was located on scene and transported via ambulance to Janesville Mercy Hospital. At the time of the release, all of the four victims sustained non-life threatening injuries. This incident is still under active investigation. The names of those involved will not be released at this time. There is no current threat to the community regarding this incident.
