According to the daily media report from the Beloit Police Department, 35 year old Monroe resident Kelly Ann Guzman was arrested in Beloit on Thursday for charges including battery, disorderly conduct, two counts of felony bail jumping, and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. On May 13, a bond amount of $500 was set and she was ordered to maintain absolute sobriety. She also cannot contact an involved victim, their residence, place of employment, vehicle, or elsewhere. Guzman has an upcoming court appearance tomorrow at 3 p.m.
