Milwaukee Woman Arrested in Jefferson County for OWI

According to a press release from the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, on Sunday at about 12:40 a.m. 36 year old Milwaukee resident, Tiffany Bryant, was arrested in Jefferson County at I-94 eastbound, east of Willow Glen Road, for 1st offense OWI with four children in the vehicle under age 16. A trooper observed the vehicle, an SUV, driving in the left lane at a slow rate of speed and failing to move over for traffic that was passing in the right lane, and hitting their brakes when there was no reason to do so. A traffic stop was initiated, and the trooper noticed an open bottle of alcohol in the center console. An evidentiary blood draw was obtained at a local hospital before the driver was released to a responsible party. The four children in the vehicle were released into the custody of their grandmother.
