Last night at the Milton Common Council meeting, they discussed the possibility of a project to replace the water main and conduct street improvements from Windsor Court to Clear Lake Avenue on Madison Avenue. If the project is brought to fruition, it would include water main replacement, miscellaneous curb, gutter and sidewalk removal and replacement. Additionally, the project will relocate the south to north crosswalk at the western end of Madison Avenue to near Division Street with installation of Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons.
