Man Turns Himself Into Jefferson County Police for 1st Degree Reckless Injury

According to an update from the Jefferson WI Police Department, on May 27 a charge of 1st degree reckless injury was filed by the Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office and an arrest warrant was issued for 20 year old Alejandro Delgado. On June 1, Delgado turned himself in to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office without incident. Court records show that yesterday a $50 thousand bond was set, and he is not to be present at River Front Park, he cannot contact an involved victim or witnesses, he cannot contact Azael Aguirre, he must not possess any dangerous weapons, he cannot leave the state of Wisconsin, and he must surrender any passport to the Jefferson County Clerk of Court's Office. Delgado has an upcoming court appearance on July 13 at 9 a.m.
