There is concern for the safety and wellbeing of a Madison teenager after she was reported missing Monday afternoon (March 13, 2023).
Madison Police say 17-year-old Rashmilla C. Modaff left her home in Madison close to 2:30 p.m. and got into the front seat of a dark colored SUV type vehicle along with a phone. Rashmilla, also known as “Milla,” is 5′04″ with long black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a blue jacket with a green backpack. Recent updates from Madison police say she was also wearing jeans.
