Longtime, Former Delavan Police Officer Dies

The City of Delavan’s Police Department is mourning the loss of a former decorated member of its department. The department said yesterday that Lieutenant Wayne Riebe died on August 11 after a short illness. He was a member of the department from 1987 to 2014 and served in a multitude of roles from Patrol Officer and School Resource Officer to his final role as Lieutenant.
