According to Lake Geneva Regional News, 60 year old Michelle Heuser has been arrested for her fourth OWI while driving in the town of Delavan. The incident happened at around 5:40 p.m. on November 19, and she had a BAC level of .164. Officers reportedly also found marijuana on the floor of the vehicle on the drivers side.
