Lake Geneva Provides Christmas Parade Safety Update

In an update from the Lake Geneva Police Department, they have provided information regarding safety measures for the December 4 Christmas parade. While the police department noted that they are not expecting any issues, they are prepared nonetheless with additional help from the fire department, public works, utility commission, town of Linn police, and the Walworth County Sheriffs Office. Additionally, there is no parking along the entire parade route this year, and the route will follow Williams/Broad St. to Main St., west to Cook St. All traffic on the parade route will shut down at 4:30 p.m. and the parade begins at 5 p.m. Those not attending the parade are asked to avoid the area and seek alternative routes during that time.
