Lake Geneva Police Respond to Intoxicated Man in Drive Through

According to an update from the Lake Geneva Police Department, on May 13 at about 6 p.m. an officer was dispatched to 100 Wells. St for a welfare check of a subject in a drive through that was having a hard time ordering food and dropped money. The officer made contact with the subject, 56 year old Lake Geneva resident Charles Bennett, and observed that he was intoxicated. He was issued citations for OWI, possession of THC, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
