Lake Geneva Police Respond to 3 Vehicle Accident

According to an update from the Lake Geneva Police Department, on January 14 at about 10:30 p.m. an officer was dispatched to Highway 120 at Highway 50 for a three car accident. One of the drivers, Burlington resident 22 year old Jacob E. Tess, was issued citations for operating while under the influence, failure to obey a traffic signal, and inattentive driving.
